Use & Care:
* Inspect bands for damage before each use to avoid breakage during exercise.
* Do not use on abrasive or jagged surfaces.
* Do not stretch the bands more than 3 times their original length.
* Do not release the bands when they are under tension to avoid injury. Carefully return the bands to their original length before releasing.
* Always use a strong anchor point, such as a closed door or sturdy piece of equipment.
* Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
* To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use soap or other cleaning products on the bands as this may damage and/or weaken the latex.

Please allow slight dimension differences due to manual measurements.
Please note that slight colour differences should be acceptable due to the light and screen.
